Request for Proposal (RFP): Building Automation System


 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County School District 509-J (“The District”) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment required for updating/replacing our Building Automation Systems (BAS) at Jefferson County Middle School.

Information regarding specifications may be secured from the District, ATTN: Martha Bewley, Chief Financial Officer, mbewley@509j,net, http://jcsd.k12.or.us/, 445 SE Buff Street, Madras, Oregon 97741. Solicitation documents will be available beginning February 18, 2019.

***Please Note***
An addendum has been added to the RFP.  Complete proposals must now be submited no later than March 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM PDT.  Late responses will not be accepted.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on February 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

Sealed proposal must be received by the District by 2:00 p.m. Friday March 8, 2019.

The District reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, (2) postpone an award of the contract for a period of time the District determines reasonable, (3) waive informalities in the bids, and/or (4) terminate this solicitation.
