MHS Students' creativity on display at annual Art Gala
Our student's creativity was on display at Madras High's 2nd annual Art Gala! 🎨
The night showcased many different forms of art at MHS. Our talented art students submitted hundreds of pieces, across many disciplines.
Our band performed and some of our theatre students performed scenes from their upcoming play 'These Shining Lives.' 🎭🎵
Jaisee Starr, Madras High's Art Teacher, had students from her Art 1, Art 2, Advanced Art, Advanced Ceramics, and Art Club submit work. Spectators viewed paintings, charcoal drawings, ceramics, mixed-media work, photography and graphic design from Mrs. Sue Young's class, and Spanish poems from Mrs. Silvia Navarro's class.
It was so refreshing to see the artistic talent of our students on display for our whole community. Below is a list of all the winners from the evening.
