We are excited to announce that we are now accepting registrations for our three week summer acceleration program. 

Our summer program will provide students with opportunities for academic enrichment to help them meet state standards in subjects including reading and language arts, math, and science. The program will offer many opportunities for students to participate in STEM based learning that sparks curiosity and hands-on activities that make learning exciting. There will be a strong focus on ELA and math each day as well.

Transportation will be provided to students who need it and meals will be served to all students. 

Important note: Due to a large construction project at Warm Springs K-8 Academy, the campus is not available as one of our program sites. Instead, students who attend WSK8 will attend our summer program at Madras Elementary School.

K-8 students who attend Madras El/Buff/Metolius/JCMS: Bridges High School

K-8 students who attend Warm Springs K-8 Academy: Madras Elementary School 

 

 

Incoming Kindergarten Families, 

We're so excited to welcome you and your student to our district for the start of their K-12 journey! We're hosting a few kindergarten events to get your school year off to a strong start. 

Our Kindergarten welcome events will be the same night at each one of our elementary schools. 

Event Information

When: Wednesday, May 20 4-6pm

Where: Warm Springs K-8 Academy, Buff Elementary, Madras Elementary, Metolius Elementary

What: You’ll get a tour of the school, meet our wonderful teachers, and register your child!

What you need to bring: Gather your documents. Parents or guardians will need proof of address, birth verification, and immunization records.

We are hosting a Dual Language Information Night for incoming kindergarten families.

Madras Performing Arts Center

This is the perfect night for you to learn more and ask questions about our Spanish Dual Language Program! This program is available for incoming Kindergarten students. The program is at both Buff and Madras Elementary Schools. We started this program in the 2022-23 school year and its grown every year since.

If you want to know more about the benefits, what a typical day looks like for your student and more, then come on down to the PAC on May 11 at 5pm!

 

509J Family University is excited to offer our families Zumba fitness classes! Classes will be available every Wednesday at 6pm starting on April 8. These classes will be offered at Bridges High School inside the gym.
