Calling all theater lovers! Madras High School is excited to transport you to an era of peace, love, and rock and roll. Please join us in mid-March to embark on the classic tale of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” with a funky twist. We’ll follow a group of young adults as they embark on a journey to find true love- complicated by Athenian Laws, magic, and the counterculture of the 60s. Our four young lovers will be led through a magical land by mischievous fairies, Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, and the daunting court of Athens. We can’t wait for you to see, “What fools these Mortals be.”
