FY 2024 Impact Aid Meeting Notice


There will be a meeting for our district to present data and gather feedback. Families and community members are invited.  This community engagement meeting is a face-to-face opportunity to provide input that is formally a part of our Impact Aid process.

The meeting will be held on October 26 at Warm Springs K-8 Academy at 5:00 pm. Dinner will be served with the meeting to follow. The district annually affords its families the opportunity to offer comments and recommendations relative to district programs and outcomes and offer feedback for all programs.

If anybody wishing to attend the meeting has a disability requiring assistance, please advise Tessa Bailey at 541-475-6192 about specific arrangements that may accommodate your participation in this meeting.

FY 2023-24 Impact Aid Calendar


Public meetings for the Jefferson County School District 509J, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the evaluation of current programs and plans for future educational programs, will be held at 5:00 pm on October 26, 2023.  The District annually affords its patrons, specifically Native American parents and guardians, the opportunity to offer comments and make recommendations relative to the District programs, District outcomes, and offer feedback for all programs.
